Team support groups
This is a service sometimes known as reflective practice, which I provide for teams in the workplace. It involves a tailor-made intervention which is likely to include a series of meetings with the team in which they are assisted in reflecting on the experience of working together, with a view to addressing any problems that are impeding the team's effectiveness. The aim is to unblock any obstacles to working creatively, and to improve the team's capacity to communicate.
Team support groups can take place in your work setting.
I am a training supervisor at the British Psychotherapy Foundation. I offer individual and group supervision of trainees and qualified therapists.
I am also a clinical supervisor of group analytic therapy at the Institute of Group Analysis, and can offer supervision of therapy and other clinical groups.
